These boots at size 8 looked so much larger when we got them but I think it is because they are thick and fleece lined. They do fit Layla well, although a bit bulky, but her feet fit snugly inside and they seem super comfortable. They are surprisingly light weight for being such a thick, warm boot, and Layla can still run and play in them. Plus, since they have no functional buckles or laces, she can slip them on and off easily by herself!
